Patient is a 44 year old female, secondary infertility, recurrent miscarriage, possible tubal
blockage. surgery was to be scheduled for a few months time for exploratory laparoscopy to
diagnose endometriosis.
Signs and symptoms
- Painful periods, sharp pains before and during
- Clots size of 20p plus stringy tissue
- Period felt like it was stuck
